Lauren Hubbard, a passionate advocate for cultural diversity in education, brings her extensive background in community outreach and program management to the Live Pura Vida - Pura Vida Youth initiative. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Lauren seamlessly integrates cultural education into STEAM, offering students a broader worldview.

Her expertise in building partnerships with organizations like VentureLan and Junior Achievement has significantly expanded our reach and effectiveness, allowing for more comprehensive, impactful programs. Lauren's knack for connecting diverse groups has not only enhanced our curriculum but also created a thriving network of mentors and supporters who are deeply invested in our mission. 

As an ambassador for cross-cultural experiences, she has spearheaded numerous international leadership trips, providing invaluable firsthand learning opportunities. Her dedication to community service is evidenced by her numerous accolades, including the Community Impact Award, which celebrates her commitment to creating an inclusive educational space. Outside of her professional pursuits, Lauren dedicates her time to coaching local youth sports teams, fostering teamwork and leadership skills from an early age.
